Set within a magnificent 30,000m² private estate in San Cataldo, Villa Exotica has its own dedicated outdoor dining area and sea views from every bedroom.
Villa Exotica guests enjoy full access to the estate's stunning shared infinity pool, complete with integrated jacuzzi and massage waterfall, as well as the private rocky beach just 100 metres away — exclusively for guests of the estate.

A security deposit of €300 in cash is payable on arrival, and refunded at checkout provided there is no damage to the villa or property.
