Every villa has its own private outdoor dining area and its own gated parking, on top of access to the shared gated parking and grounds. Book more than one villa and everyone's together on the same estate, without being on top of each other.
A step entrance eases you in, a massage waterfall runs along one edge, and a jacuzzi is built directly into the pool itself — with an outdoor shower close by for rinsing off sun cream before you get in.

A rocky beach just 100m from the villas, reserved exclusively for our guests — no passing tourists, no beach clubs. It's reached via a rail and three sets of steps down from the estate, so sturdy footwear is worth packing.

San Cataldo sits just outside Terrassini, a fishing village with real local life and no crowds — yet Palermo's markets and street food are half an hour away, and Palermo Airport is just 15 minutes down the road.
Further out, the coastline at Scopello, the ancient temple at Segesta, and the hill towns of Cefalù and Erice all make for an easy day trip from your villa.
