Booking & payment

What is the minimum stay?

We ask for a minimum of 3 nights across all three villas.

How do I make a booking?

Use the availability search on our website to check dates, then submit an enquiry. We'll be in touch within 24 hours with availability confirmation and payment details.

How do I pay?

We accept bank transfer only. A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due one month before your arrival date.

Is there a security deposit?

Yes — a refundable security deposit of €300 in cash is collected on arrival. This is returned in full at the end of your stay, subject to the property being left in good order.

Check-in & check-out

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 3:00pm and check-out is by 11:00am.

Will someone be there to greet us?

Yes — every guest is met in person at the villa on arrival for a welcome and orientation of the property.

The villas

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately not — we do not accept pets at any of the three villas.

Is the pool heated?

No, the pool is not heated.

Is the pool shared between the villas?

Yes — the estate has one shared infinity pool with an integrated jacuzzi and massage waterfall, available to guests of all three villas.

Is parking available?

Yes — every villa has access to its own individual gated parking area as well as a shared gated parking area on the estate.

What is included in the welcome pack?

On arrival you'll find coffee, soft drinks, water, fresh fruit, and locally sourced Sicilian olive oil waiting for you.

The estate & location

How far is the private beach?

The beach is just 100 metres from the villas, accessible via a handrail and three sets of steps. It is a private rocky beach reserved exclusively for guests of the estate.

How far is Palermo Airport?

Palermo Airport (PMO) is approximately 15 minutes by car.

What is there to do nearby?
